$50 Booking Deposit

When you book online, the amount you pay is just a deposit—it goes toward the total cost of your grooming service. The rest will be paid after the service and depends on:
coat conditon, the weight, fur length and style of groom desired.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel, no worries! As long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:

We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you're 15 minutes late or more, we may no longer be able to accommodate your appointment. If we can still fit you in, there will be a $15 late fee . We really appreciate your understanding—it helps us keep everything running smoothly for all our furry clients!
